District Badulla
Badulla is een district in de Uva Provincie, Sri Lanka. Het totale oppervlakte van het district Badulla is 2.861 km² en de totale bevolking is 837.000. Het district wordt begrensd door de districten Monaragala en Rathnapura aan de oost- en zuidkant, door de districten Ampara en Kandy aan de noordkant en door de districten Nuwara Eliya en Matale aan de westkant. De economie van het district is voornamelijk gebaseerd op landbouw en veeteelt.
Het district Badulla is een landbouwdistrict waar thee, groenten en rijst worden verbouwd. Het district is voornamelijk verdeeld in twee delen: het bovenste en het onderste deel, afhankelijk van de klimatologische en geografische kenmerken. Het bovenste deel van het district is beroemd om de theeplantages en de groentenproductie, terwijl het onderste deel beroemd is om de rijstteelt.
