Rhaphidophora decursiva - Heavy climber. Leaf blade 50 – 60 X 40 cm, pinnately divided to midrib, segments 5 or more and 2 – 3 veined. Sapathe 13 – 20 cm, yellow, promptly deciduous. Spadix c. 14 x 3 cm. at maturity the upper 3 – 4 mm of the pistil falls away, exposing a fragrant orange pulp full of seeds and trichosclereids.
