Gynura pseudo-china - Decumbent or erect perennial herb. Leaves oblanceolate, crowded into the lower region of the stem, 5 – 10 X 1.5 – 3 cm, acute at the apex, attenuate, subpetiolate at the base, margin distantly and shallowly dentate, densely haspid on both surfaces. Flowers orange-yellow, corollas 8 – 10 mm long, exserted and 4 – 5 mm longer than the involucer. Achenes linear-oblong, 3 – 4 mm long, glabrous or puberulent between the ribs. Pappus 8 – 9.5 mm long, deciduous.
