Euphorbia hirta - Annual herb, erect,assending or infrequently decumbent to 40 cm tall. Leaves opposite, 10-45 X 3-17 mm, unevenly ovate to ovate- oblong, base unequally cuneate or rounded, apex bluntly pointed, finely serrate with scattered hairs above. Stipules 1-2 mm long, subulate, hairy. Inflorescence axillary or terminal, in peduncled globose clusters up to 1 cm in diameter. Capsule 1 mm in diameter, globose- trigonous, shortly strigose. Seeds oblong, tetragonal, pale reddish.
