Aeginetia indica - Scape 15 – 30 (-40) cm tall, erect, 1 – several arising from fleshy rhizome of interwoven roots, very slender, glabrous, naked except for few scales at base. Flowers solitary, ebractate, terminating scape, large, purple or purplish-red, nodding. Calyx closed in bud, acute, glabrous, pale yellow to pinkish. Seeds numerous, yellowish-white.
