Toyota Voxy
Der Toyota Voxy, ein mittelgroßes MPV, das für seine Vielseitigkeit und familienfreundlichen Funktionen bekannt ist, wurde Anfang der 2000er Jahre erstmals vorgestellt. Im Jahr 2014 befand sich der Voxy in seiner zweiten Generation, die 2007 begann. Diese Generation wurde entwickelt, um Geräumigkeit, Praktikabilität und Komfort für größere Familien oder Gruppentransporte zu bieten. Toyotas Ruf für Zuverlässigkeit und Effizienz trug zur Attraktivität bei.
Der Toyota Voxy 2014 hatte ein kantiges, funktionales Design, das typisch für MPVs ist. Es wurde mit dem Fokus entwickelt, den Innenraum zu maximieren, ohne auf Stil zu verzichten. Die Bodenfreiheit des Voxy betrug etwa 160 mm, was für städtische Straßen und mäßige ländliche Wege ausreichend ist, wodurch er sehr vielseitig für verschiedene Fahrbedingungen in Sri Lanka ist.
Der Innenraum des Voxy war bemerkenswert geräumig, mit einer flexiblen Sitzanordnung, die bis zu acht Passagiere aufnehmen konnte. Der Innenraum wurde für Komfort und Praktikabilität konzipiert. Der Kofferraum war äußerst vielseitig und bot eine große Ladekapazität, insbesondere wenn die Rücksitze umgeklappt oder umgestellt wurden.
Ausgestattet mit einem 2,0-Liter-Motor bot der Voxy eine Balance zwischen Leistung und Kraftstoffeffizienz. Obwohl er nicht besonders sportlich war, lieferte der Motor ausreichend Leistung für den täglichen Fahrbetrieb und komfortables Cruisen, was ihn für die vielfältigen Fahrbedingungen in Sri Lanka geeignet machte.
Die Fahrqualität im Voxy war glatt und komfortabel, mit einer Federung, die Unebenheiten auf der Straße effektiv abfederte und eine angenehme Fahrt für alle Passagiere gewährte. Er war sowohl für lange Reisen als auch für das Fahren in der Stadt gut geeignet.
Die Sicherheitsfunktionen im Voxy 2014 umfassten Standardausstattungen wie Airbags, ABS und Stabilitätskontrolle. Technisch gesehen war er mit Funktionen wie einem Multimedia-Infotainmentsystem und einer automatischen Klimaanlage ausgestattet, was das Fahrerlebnis insgesamt verbesserte.
