BMW Série 3
A BMW Série 3 é uma linha de carros executivos compactos fabricados pelo fabricante alemão de automóveis BMW desde maio de 1975. Ela é a sucessora da Série 02 e foi produzida em sete gerações.
A primeira geração da Série 3 estava disponível apenas como um sedã de 2 portas; a gama de modelos foi expandida para incluir um sedã de 4 portas, conversível de 2 portas, coupé de 2 portas, perua de 5 portas, liftback de 5 portas ("Gran Turismo") e hatchback de 3 portas. Desde 2013, os modelos coupé e conversível passaram a ser comercializados como a Série 4, estilos que não fazem mais parte da Série 3.
A Série 3 é o modelo mais vendido da BMW, representando cerca de 30% das vendas anuais totais de carros da marca BMW e conquistou vários prêmios ao longo de sua história.
A versão M da Série 3, o M3, estreou com o E30 M3 em 1986.
