Canthium coromandelicum - Much branched shrub to 5 m. Spines up to 4 cm long. Leaves (1.5-)2-4 x (1-)1.5-2.5 cm, glabrous above. Flowers 4-merous, corolla tube 1.4-1.8 mm. Stamens exerted. Fruit 0.7-1 cm diam., pyrenes furrowed.
