Calophyllum moonii - Tree, up to 20 m high. Leaves rigidly coriaceous, lanceolate-oblong, rarely ovate-oblong, 3 X 9 – 5 X 15 -5 (-7) X 17 cm, obtuse, the broadest part below the middle, from where the margins go down in straight lines, base very shortly acute. Flowers white in sub-umbellate, few-branched panicles in the axils of the upper leaves. Fruit globose to ellipsoid globose, smooth.
