DFSK Glory 580
DFSK Glory 580 is een compacte SUV die wordt aangeboden door Dongfeng Sokon (DFSK), een Chinees automerk. Het markeert de toetreding van het bedrijf tot de competitieve SUV-markt en is bedoeld om een mix van betaalbaarheid, ruimte en functies te bieden. Het 2021-model maakt deel uit van de eerste generatie, die rond 2016 debuteerde, en toont voortdurende verbeteringen door de jaren heen om de aantrekkingskracht in verschillende internationale markten te vergroten.
De DFSK Glory 580 van 2021 heeft een modern en robuust exterieurontwerp, met een prominente voorgrille, slanke koplampen en een silhouet dat de designelementen van meer gevestigde SUV-modellen weerspiegelt. Het bereikt een balans tussen stedelijke elegantie en robuuste bruikbaarheid. De bodemvrijheid is relatief hoog, typisch voor een SUV, en zorgt voor goede off-road capaciteiten en gemakkelijke handling op oneffen terrein, meestal rond de 200 mm.
Van binnen biedt de Glory 580 een ruime cabine met drie rijen stoelen, geschikt voor maximaal zeven passagiers. Het interieurontwerp richt zich op functionaliteit en comfort, met materialen die geschikt zijn voor het prijssegment. De bagageruimte is veelzijdig, beginnend met een minimale ruimte met alle stoelen omhoog, maar wordt aanzienlijk groter wanneer de derde rij wordt neergeklapt, waardoor het geschikt is voor gezinnen die flexibele laadopties nodig hebben.
