Kia Sportage
El Kia Sportage es una línea de vehículos deportivos utilitarios fabricados por el fabricante surcoreano Kia desde 1993 a través de cinco generaciones. Inicialmente un SUV compacto construido sobre un chasis de cuerpo sobre bastidor, la segunda generación del Sportage pasó a una plataforma basada en automóvil, lo que lo colocó en la clase de SUV crossover compactos, y se ha desarrollado junto con el Hyundai Tucson. Desde que se lanzó el modelo de quinta generación en 2021, Kia ha desarrollado el Sportage en dos tamaños con diferentes longitudes de distancia entre ejes para diferentes mercados.
El Sportage ha sido el modelo más vendido de Kia a nivel mundial desde 2016, después de superar al Rio. En 2018, el modelo alcanzó el hito de los 5 millones de unidades producidas. A partir de 2023, el Sportage se encuentra entre el Seltos o el Niro y el Sorento de tres filas en la línea global de SUV de Kia.
En 2022, el Sportage ganó las categorías de 'SUV Familiar' y 'Híbrido Total' en los Premios de Coche del Año de Escocia. En 2023, el Sportage fue elegido Coche del Año en Marruecos.
