Pantiya Estate Holiday Bungalow is a colonial-era retreat nestled in the hills of Matugama, Sri Lanka. Originally built in 1907 by a British planter, this bungalow offers guests an authentic experience of Sri Lanka's plantation heritage, surrounded by lush rubber, tea, and coconut estates.

The bungalow provides a serene environment with magnificent views of the rolling hills and is conveniently located near the south coast beaches of Bentota and Kalutara, which are about a 30 to 45-minute drive away.

The bungalow features four large bedrooms, each with attached bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The rooms are furnished with twin or double beds and equipped with air conditioning, with fans available upon request. The bathrooms include showers, bathtubs, wash basins, and W/C facilities.
