Scenic flight to Galle Fort from Colombo

Enjoy magnificent Aerial views of the Galle Fort which is one of the most impressive structures in the South of Sri Lanka. This Fort was built by the Portuguese, extensively fortified by the Dutch and now proudly stands as the largest remaining Fortress in Asia built by European occupiers. Admire the Fort from high above surrounded by the deep blue waters of the Indian Ocean.

The Robinson R66 - (For a maximum of 3 persons)

You will fly in a state-of-the-art Robinson R66 Helicopter which showcases a luxurious four-seat layout complimented by a dedicated cargo compartment for the convenience of the guests. The R66 is certified by the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), meeting the highest standards of safety and performance.

The Airbus H125 (For a maximum of 5 persons)

A versatile single -engine helicopter comes with standard configuration and is suitable for VIP transport or aerial work. Featuring a spacious cabin and ample leg room, this flying machine is known for its high altitude capabilities, advances avionics and powerful engine which is also suitable for demanding environments. The H125 has also been certified for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) by the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

• Pickup Point :Colombo City Helipad (MOD Helipad) or Ratmalana Airport (RML)
• Flying Time :70 Minutes (Both Ways)
• Landing Point :The same as the pick up point. Kindly note that this experience does not include landing at any other location except for the pick up / landing point. This is a continuous scenic flight.

Experience :

We start your flight from Colombo and pass through the cityscape towards the South of the island where you will witness this magnificent Fortress. A birds eye view of this edifice and what lies within the strong fortifications will be a memorable experience for you and your loved ones. You will clearly see the Lighthouse and the beaches that surround the Fort with glimpses of Galle which is a bustling hub and natural harbour. We will return back to Colombo once the tour is complete.
