About this experience
Le Parc national d'Udawalawe se situe dans la zone sèche du sud du Sri Lanka et est l'un des endroits les plus fiables du pays pour observer de grands troupeaux d'éléphants d'Asie dans les prairies ouvertes. Le parc borde le Réservoir d'Udawalawe, dont les rives attirent des buffles d'eau, des crocodiles et une variété d'oiseaux aquatiques — ce qui rend un seul circuit enrichissant à travers plusieurs habitats différents. Un conducteur-pisteur lit le paysage et les signes animaux tout au long du parcours, vous donnant les meilleures chances de rencontres significatives. Les billets d'entrée sont arrangés par Lakpura à l'avance, il n'y a donc pas de file d'attente à la porte à votre arrivée.
Le safari dure trois heures dans un jeep 4x4 avec un maximum de six passagers. Chaque passager reçoit une bouteille d'eau complémentaire. La prise en charge et la dépose gratuites sont incluses pour tout lieu situé à moins de 5 km de la porte du parc ; les transferts au-delà de ce rayon sont disponibles moyennant un supplément. Les citoyens des pays membres de l'ASACR sont admissibles à des droits d'entrée réduits — présentez votre passeport au moment de l'achat.

Highly recommended to spot elephants!
Being able to see a lot of elephants up close! Really a very nice safari, less diversity of animals compared to eg Yala, but definitely recommended!
