Toyota Allion
Allion a été mise en vente en décembre 2001 en remplacement de la Toyota Carina. Pour les passionnés de Toyota de longue date, ce fut un moment triste de voir disparaître la Carina de la gamme ; toutefois, l’Allion a été introduite sans hériter du nom Carina, car Toyota prévoyait de positionner l’Allion comme une berline intermédiaire avancée, destinée à mener le XXIᵉ siècle.
En termes de design, l’Allion présente un style audacieux et dynamique, similaire aux designs agressifs récents de Toyota. En effet, Toyota a démontré son savoir-faire en matière de construction automobile en introduisant l’Allion, développée autour du concept clé « haut de gamme et luxueux ».
