• All Self-drive vehical rentals are subject to special terms and conditions which you sign-off at the collection of the vehicle.
• Comprehensive ‘Rent A Car’ Insurance cover offers protection for the driver, passengers and third parties.
• GPS/SAT navigation units, baby / child seats, road maps and other optional equipment are available on request as add-ons.
• Airport transportation and driving license assistance is available upon request.
• Refundable Deposit: USD 165 (To be paid by cash equivalent in any currency and collected the same. If paid by card, the refund will be made in LKR, 4% less as credit card charges.)
• Rates are subject to seasonal surcharge of 10% for the peak months of July, August, December, January
• Mileage/Time Calculation: Our garage to garage Basis in Colombo 06 where the vehicles are dispatched from. The number of days of hire is calculated on a ‘calendar day’ basis and not on 24 hour cycles.
• Rates subject to change on standard formula based on the fuel prices and the local taxes.
• Chauffeur service is also available during the rental period.
• Car Pickup/Drop-off Point is Pamankada Road, Colombo 06, Sri Lanka.

Includes:

• You are entitled to drive 80KM for each day of hire. Excess to be billed at USD 0.41 per KM.
• Inclusive of all taxes.
• Insurance to cover the Driver, Passengers, the Vehicle and third party damage with ‘Car Rental Fleet’ cover. The client liability is limited to the refundable deposit value.
• 24/7 replacement vehicle of similar category in case of accident/breakdown.

Excludes::

• Fuel.
