Zesta Uva BOPF is an aromatic Broken Orange Pekoe Fannings black tea from the Uva region of Sri Lanka. The leaf is small and well twisted, and the cup is light in colour with a brisk, pungent character.
How to make it
Use one level teaspoon (about 2.5g) of leaf per cup and freshly boiled water, and brew for 3 to 5 minutes. Add milk and sugar if you like.
