Toyota Land Cruiser
Toyota Land Cruiser (japansk:, Hepburn: Toyota Rando-Kuruza) (også nogle gange stavet som LandCruiser) er en serie af firehjulstrukne køretøjer produceret af den japanske bilproducent Toyota. Det er Toyotas længst kørende serie af modeller. Fra 2019 har salget af Land Cruiser overskredet 10 millioner enheder verden over.
Produktionen af den første generation af Land Cruiser begyndte i 1951. Land Cruiser er blevet produceret i cabriolet, hardtop, stationcar og kabinetræksmodeller. Land Cruisers pålidelighed og lang levetid har ført til enorm popularitet, især i Australien, hvor det er den bedst sælgende bil med stel og firehjulstræk. Toyota tester også Land Cruiser intensivt i den australske outback – som betragtes som et af de hårdeste driftsmiljøer både hvad angår temperatur og terræn. I Japan var Land Cruiser engang eksklusiv for japanske Toyota-forhandlere kaldet Toyota Store.
Siden 1990 har den mindre version af Land Cruiser været markedsført som Land Cruiser Prado. Beskrevet som en 'let-duty' version af Land Cruiser af Toyota, har den et anderledes design i forhold til den fuld-size model, og indtil 2023 forbliver det den eneste komfort-orienterede Land Cruiser tilgængelig med en kort hjulbase og tre-dørs version.
Fra 2023 var den fuld-size Land Cruiser tilgængelig på mange markeder. Undtagelser inkluderer USA (siden 2021), Canada (siden 1996), Malaysia (der modtager Lexus LX i stedet), Hong Kong, Macao, Sydkorea, Brasilien og størstedelen af Europa. I Europa er de eneste lande, hvor den fuld-size Land Cruiser officielt sælges, Gibraltar, Moldova, Rusland, Hviderusland og Ukraine. Land Cruiser er meget populær på Mellemøsten, i Rusland og Australien, og også i Afrika, hvor den bruges af landmænd, byggebranchen, ikke-statslige og humanitære organisationer, De Forenede Nationer, nationale hære (ofte pickup-versionen) og uregelmæssige væbnede grupper, der omdanner dem til "teknikker" ved at montere maskingeværer på bagsiden. I august 2019 overskred de globale kumulative salg af Land Cruiser-familien 10 millioner enheder.
