Use an adequate amount of oil to cover the affected area and massage in a clockwise motion for 5minutes (Suitable for western and oriental massages).
Mix Siddhalepa Balm and Sharshapadi Oil, rub your palms together and gently apply on chest area and back. It soothes the respiratory system and makes breathing easier.
