Wedagedara Garsy is a herbal candy built around goraka (Garcinia gummi-gutta), the sour fruit Sri Lankans dry and use in fish curries. The makers created it as a sweet that answers a sugar craving without refined sugar: goraka with black pepper, cinnamon and curry leaves, sweetened with bee honey, in small chewable candies. It won a most-popular-product title at the Iconic Awards Sri Lanka 2025.
This is the monthly pack: 240 candies, close to a month at the maker's suggested daily amount, alongside a balanced diet and exercise.
How to use
The maker suggests 3 candies, 3 times a day, one hour before meals.
