Jeewashakthi Rasayanaya is a traditional rasayana from Sewanagala Ayurveda: a dense, paste-like preparation of roots, pulses and dried fruit bound with ghee and honey. It comes in a glass jar with a gold screw lid, boxed in a carton printed in Sinhala, Tamil and English, in the sizes shown above.
Ingredients
Amukkara (ashwagandha), kiribadu ala (giant pink morning glory), hathawariya ala (wild asparagus), liquorice, monkey nut, dried grapes, undu (black gram), siriwadi babila (heart-leaf sida) and triloka vijaya pathra (hemp), with ghee, honey and other herbs named on the pack.
Please note: hemp is a listed ingredient and is controlled or regulated in many countries. Check the rules where you live before you order.
How to use
The box gives one kalang (5 g) twice a day with milk, and asks you to confirm use with a doctor.
