Halpé Tea Ruhuna FFEXSP is a single-estate black tea from Ruhuna, the low-grown tea country of southern Sri Lanka. FFEXSP (FBOPF Extra Special) is one of the finest small-leaf grades, a tippy leaf rolled from the bud and youngest leaves. Low-grown Ruhuna teas are known for a dark, full-bodied cup, good on their own or with milk.
How to make it
Use one level teaspoon (about 2.5g) of leaf per cup and freshly boiled water, and brew for 3 to 5 minutes. Add milk and sugar if you like.
