Steuarts Rosa Kahata is a Ceylon black tea of dust grade from George Steuart, made for kahata, the Sinhala word for plain tea without milk. It is sold here in 20 g, 50 g, 100 g and 200 g packets.

Dust is the finest grade of tea. It brews very strong and very fast, so a little goes a long way.

How to brew
Brew it strong and short: a level teaspoon (about 2 g) per cup of freshly boiled water, steeped for 2 to 3 minutes and strained. Drink it plain for kahata, or add milk if you prefer.
Storage
Fine tea dust takes on smells easily. Keep the packet sealed in a cool, dry place.
