This George Steuart chai is a spiced Ceylon black tea in pyramid tea bags. Whole spices sit alongside the leaf in each bag, so the cup carries cardamom, cinnamon, clove and ginger with a little pepper at the finish.

What is in it
Ceylon black tea with natural cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and pepper, plus cinnamon and cardamom flavour.
How to brew
Use one bag per cup of freshly boiled water and leave it for 3 to 5 minutes. Chai is usually taken with milk, and a sweetener of your choice can be added.
Storage
Keep the caddy closed in a cool, dry place, away from strong smells.
