Ancient Nutraceuticals Curry Leaves Powder is 40g of dried, milled curry leaf (Murraya koenigii) in a glass shaker jar, part of the Ancient Nutra range. Curry leaf is a staple of Sri Lankan cooking, fried in oil at the start of almost every curry, and the powder brings its savoury aroma when fresh leaves are not to hand.

How to use
- Add to tempering, curries and rice dishes.
