It is a blend of pure Ceylon tea with Ahmad Tea's chai spice flavouring, built on natural ginger, cinnamon and clove for warmth, with star anise, cardamom and pepper adding depth. The result is a bold, satisfying brew with a gentle spiced edge, a good choice when you want something a little livelier than a plain black tea. Ahmad Tea is a family tea company, founded in Southampton, England, in 1986 by Rahim Afshar and his brothers and named after their father.
