Experience:

The experience begins by meeting your guide at the agreed meeting point near Inginiyagala Temple. After a short introduction and safety briefing, you will begin the guided hike towards the temple rock. The trail passes through peaceful natural surroundings and offers opportunities to observe the local landscape, vegetation, and rural environment.

During the hike, your guide will assist you along the trail and share information about the surrounding area. Refreshment breaks will be provided along the way, including coffee or a cool drink, an energy ball, two separate food servings, and one litre of drinking water per person.

Upon reaching the rock, you can relax and enjoy the scenic views of Inginiyagala and the wider Gal Oya region. The elevated location provides an excellent setting for photography and appreciating the quiet natural surroundings. After spending some time at the viewpoint, you will begin the return hike to the starting point.
