Zesta Silver Tips is a rare handmade white tea picked above 5,000 feet. The buds of a special tea bush dry to a velvety silver and brew a delicate, fragrant, champagne-coloured cup.
How to make it
Use one to two teaspoons per cup, water just off the boil, and steep for 3 to 4 minutes. Drink it plain, without milk or sugar; the leaf can be infused a second time.
