Wijaya White Rice String Hopper Flour is milled from thoroughly cleaned and de-stoned fresh rice under strict hygienic conditions. It is ready to use for string hoppers (idiyappam), hoppers and pittu, the rice-flour staples of a Sri Lankan breakfast.

How to use
For string hoppers, mix with salt and hot water into a soft dough, press through a string-hopper mould and steam for about 8 minutes. Store in a cool, dry place and close the pack tightly after opening.
