About this experience
Your English-speaking chauffeur guide collects you from your Negombo hotel and drives you to Sri Lanka's first ATV Adventure Trail, about 45 minutes away. An instructor runs through the controls, fits safety gear, and sends you out on a training track before the real ride begins — handy if you've never driven a quad before.
From there you tackle a trail of uneven, rocky terrain, climbing to the Elephant Rock Panoramic Lookout for views stretching toward Colombo's suburbs, then on to a second dramatic rocky viewpoint. Riders who'd rather not drive can sit pillion on select ATVs. The private tour runs four hours, suits ages ten and up, and ends with drop-off back at your hotel. Food, drinks, tips, and personal expenses aren't included.
