About this experience
Climb aboard a Can-Am ATV and ride out from Gampaha across more than 50 acres of forest terrain at Crate Adventure Park — the first ATV adventure park in South Asia. Your two-hour private tour opens with an English-speaking instructor who runs through the controls and safety equipment before taking you on a test drive around the training track, so first-timers get comfortable with the four-wheel machines before the real trail begins.
Once you're confident, the route heads out along a challenging, uneven rocky trail to Elephant Rock Panoramic Lookout — where the view stretches all the way to Colombo — and on to a second breathtaking rocky vantage point. Prefer not to drive? Ride pillion on ATVs fitted with rear seats instead. Open to ages ten and up; hotel transfers, food, drinks and tips aren't included, so arrange your own transport to the Gampaha meeting point and Lakpura handles the rest.
