• The rental does not include Hotel Pick Up and Drop, Food or Drinks, Gratuities or Expenses of Personal Nature.
• The client is duty bound and expected to return the bike in the self same condition it was rented out.
• Cancellation must be in writing and sent by you or your travel agent who made the rental booking.
• Cancellations take effect from the date the written notice is received.
• No refund in full or in part will be given for unused services in the package(s) once you commence using the product or service.
• If a refund is to be made via an international bank transfer, all bank fees to be borne by the customer’s end.
• If you wish to cancel less than 14 days before your booking, or you do not show up on the day of the rental; no refunds will be provided.
