Mc Currie Cinnamon in Bees' Honey is bees' honey blended with ground cinnamon, packed in a 225g glass jar. The cinnamon turns the honey a deep brown and gives it a warm, sweet spice flavour.
Sri Lanka is the home of Ceylon cinnamon, the thin, papery quills peeled from the inner bark of the cinnamon tree. Paired with honey it makes a ready spread that needs no mixing.

How to use
- Spread on toast, roti or warm bread
- Stir a spoonful into tea or warm milk
- Drizzle over pancakes, hoppers, porridge, yoghurt or curd
- Brush over fruit or use in baking for a cinnamon note
Stir before use, as the cinnamon may settle in the jar.
Storage
After opening, keep the jar closed and use a clean, dry spoon each time.
