MA's Kitchen Rasam Cubes are a shortcut to an aromatic, tangy South Indian rasam at home, with no spice grinding needed. Each cube holds a full blend of tamarind, ginger, chilli, coriander, cumin, pepper, curry leaves, fennel, fenugreek, turmeric and other spices, with garlic and onion and curry flavours.
The maker says the cubes contain no added MSG, and each one is individually wrapped, so you can use one at a time and keep the rest for later. This pack holds 6 cubes (60g). Please note that the cubes contain mustard.

How to use
Making rasam takes two steps. First, boil water. Second, add one rasam cube and mix until it has fully dissolved. Serve it hot in a cup as a soup, or pour it over plain rice in the South Indian way. Add a few crushed garlic cloves or chopped tomato while it boils if you want a fuller rasam.
