MA's Kitchen Sri Lankan Chicken Curry Paste is a ready-to-use spice paste for cooking a home-style Sri Lankan chicken curry, made with the same care as a home-cooked meal and quick enough for a busy weeknight. The spice work is already done inside the pack, so the curry comes together with little more than chicken, onions and coconut milk.
The base is a full Sri Lankan spice rack: ginger, tamarind, chilli, coriander, turmeric, clove, cumin, curry leaves, pepper, cinnamon, fennel, fenugreek, lemongrass, mustard, cardamom and pandan leaves, with vinegar, garlic, onion, rice, palm oil and coconut. Serve the finished curry with rice, hoppers, string hoppers, paratha or ros paan. If you like a different style, MA's Kitchen also makes Colombo chicken curry and hot curry pastes.
