Wild & Pure Bee Honey is raw honey gathered from the forests of Sri Lanka and packed by Baraka in a 275 g jar. The only ingredient is pure bee honey.
Because it is raw rather than processed, the honey keeps its own floral aroma and natural taste, which vary with the forest flowers the bees have worked. According to the maker, it naturally contains B group vitamins, amino acids, enzymes and minerals.

How it is used
- Spread on toast, roti or pancakes
- Stirred into tea, warm water with lime, or yoghurt
- Drizzled over curd, fruit or desserts, or used in baking and dressings
Shelf life and storage
Shelf life is two years. Store at room temperature with the lid closed. Raw honey may crystallise over time; stand the jar in warm water to make it runny again. Not suitable for babies under one year old.
