A white tub of 60 vegetarian capsules from Ancient Nutra, filled with ground katupila and nothing else. Katupila (Flueggea leucopyrus, also listed as Securinega leucopyrus) is a thorny shrub of the dry zone and sandy coasts of Sri Lanka and India, and it has a long place in Sri Lankan Ayurveda and folk practice.
The maker says the katupila is bought from small-scale growers in Sri Lanka. The tub is labelled Natural Katupila, a herbal supplement.

How to use
