Ancient Nutra Brahmi is a herbal supplement of ground Bacopa monnieri, the creeping marsh herb called lunuvila in Sinhala. It comes in the white "Natural Brahmi" tub of 60 vegetarian capsules.
Lunuvila grows low along wet ground and paddy edges in Sri Lanka, with small succulent leaves and pale flowers, and is one of the best-known herbs of Ayurveda. The maker says it sources the herb from Sri Lankan farms.
