Ancient Nutra Beli is a herbal supplement of ground beli fruit, also called bael (Aegle marmelos), in vegetarian capsules. The white tub reads "Organic Beli" and holds 60 capsules.
Beli is a hard-shelled fruit from a thorny tree that grows across Sri Lanka and South Asia. Its fruit is a familiar part of Sri Lankan kitchens and of Ayurveda, and the maker sources it from Sri Lankan trees. This capsule uses the fruit; the Beli Mal powder uses the flower.

How to use
