Lemon Grass and Ginger from Akbar is a herbal blend of lemongrass and ginger, packed as 20 tea bags, 40g in total.
Lemongrass brings a fresh, citrus-like fragrance and ginger adds a gentle, peppery warmth, so the cup is bright and lively with a little heat at the end. It is light-bodied and needs no milk. Each bag is sealed in its own envelope, which keeps the aroma in and makes the bags easy to carry for work or travel.

How to brew
- One bag per cup or mug
- Water at about 85°C
- Steep for 3-5 minutes; longer brings out more ginger
Serving ideas
- Hot and plain, or with a little honey
- With a squeeze of lime for a sharper citrus note
- Brewed, chilled and served over ice in warm weather
