This Earl Grey Flavour Iced Tea from Akbar is a 250ml ready-to-drink tea that takes the classic hot blend and serves it cold.
Earl Grey is black tea flavoured with bergamot, a citrus fruit whose peel oil gives the drink its floral, orange-lemon scent. In an iced tea that citrus note comes through clearly, giving a crisp, lightly perfumed drink rather than a sweet fruity one.
It needs no brewing or mixing. Chill it well and drink it from the pack or poured over ice; a twist of orange or lemon peel in the glass brings the bergamot forward.

Serving
