Highland Processed Cheese

Highland Processed Cheese is a rich, creamy dairy product made from pure cheddar cheese blended with butter and natural salts for a smooth texture and balanced flavor. Containing no preservatives, it’s a good source of protein with at least 25% dairy fat (45% on a dry basis), offering wholesome nutrition and delightful taste in every bite.

Made from cheddar cheese (cow milk, cheese culture, rennet, edible salt) and enhanced with butter, sodium phosphates (INS 339), polyphosphates (INS 452), and citric acid (INS 330), this cheese is ideal for sandwiches, cooking, or snacking. Available in 100g, and 200g packs, it is vacuum-sealed in LLDPE film and packed in a laminated cardboard box to ensure freshness. Store under refrigeration at 4°C–8°C and consume within 2 months for the best quality.
