Meet your cycling guide in Kandy in the morning and get ready for a scenic bike ride through the mountains. Visit and explore the Ceylon Tea Museum in Hanthana.

Discover the abandoned Hanthana Tea Factory, built in 1925, which now houses the museum. See two floors full of tea processing machinery as well as some older equipment used through the ages in Sri Lanka.

Visit the library on the third floor where you can read up on the history of Ceylon Tea. Enjoy a fresh cup of hot tea at the cafe. Embark on your bike down a trail that winds through the plantation. Take in wonderful views of bright green tea against the backdrop of distant mountains.
