• The rental does not include hotel pick-up and drop, food or drinks, gratuities, or expenses of a personal nature.
• The client is responsible for returning the bike in the same condition it was rented.
• Cancellation must be made in writing by you or your travel agent who booked the rental.
• Cancellations are effective from the date the written notice is received.
• No refund will be given for unused services once you start using the product or service.
• If a refund is processed via international bank transfer, all bank fees must be borne by the customer.
• If cancellation is made less than 14 days before your booking, or in the case of a no-show, no refunds will be provided.
