About this experience
Head to the largest horse riding facility in Sri Lanka, located near Dambulla, for a private 40-minute session in the saddle. Whether you've never ridden before or you're a seasoned rider, experienced staff walk you through every step — from mounting safely to controlling your pace. All safety equipment, a fitted helmet, and a full harness are provided before you set off, so you arrive and ride with confidence.
This is a private activity, meaning the session is yours alone — no shared groups, no waiting. The minimum age to participate is 10 years. Note that hotel pickup, food, drinks, and gratuities are not included, so arrange your own transport to the facility. Lakpura handles the booking; the staff on the ground handle everything else.
