Lakpura® Aluminium Pittu (Puttu) Maker

Pittu (some refer to it as Puttu) is a traditional Sri Lankan main meal made with a combination of rice flour, coconut, and salt with a slight amount of water, giving it a crumbled texture. Mainly a breakfast dish served hot with a sweet side dish such as sugar (palm/kithul) or even bananas and mangoes or a spicy dish such as fish or meat curry.

The Lakpura Aluminium Pittu maker is a cylindrical steamer that consists of two parts. With this apparatus, we can make cylindrical-shaped pittu/puttu that are about 6 inches in height. Our Aluminium Pittu maker is made of premium quality Aluminium that ensures longevity and durability. The aluminium surface makes cleaning easy as well.
