C5 Special ist eine weitere hochwertige Zimtsorte, die in Sri Lanka erhältlich ist. Sie gilt als die zweithöchste Zimtsorte (nach Alba-Zimt). Ähnlich wie Alba-Zimt ist auch C5 Special für seinen Charakter, Geschmack, Geruch und sein hervorragendes Aroma bekannt. Darüber hinaus ist diese Ceylon-Zimtsorte auf dem europäischen Markt sehr beliebt. Der Durchmesser von C5 Special variiert zwischen 7 und 9 mm.
