Dumbara Kithul and Cashew Spread with cinnamon, in a 225g glass jar. Dumbara grinds cashew nuts and coconut with kithul treacle and adds Sri Lankan cinnamon, for a creamy spread with a caramel taste and a warm spice note.
Kithul treacle is boiled from the sap of the wild kithul palm (Caryota urens), tapped by hand in Sri Lanka. Cinnamon, the island's best known spice, is the green jar in the Dumbara range of four spreads.
