Ancient Nutra Yaki Narang Leaves Capsules are a herbal supplement of Yaki Narang (Atalantia ceylanica): 60 vegetarian capsules in a white tub from the Ancient Nutra range, labelled Natural Yaki Narang Leaves. Yaki Narang is the Sinhala name for this wild shrub of the citrus family, which the maker notes grows almost only in Sri Lanka.
Each capsule holds ground Yaki Narang leaf from small-scale Sri Lankan farms, with nothing else added. The same leaf is also sold by Ancient Nutra as a loose powder for tea.

How to use
The maker's directions: one capsule with a meal, up to two capsules a day, in cycles of 60 to 90 days. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription.
Storage
Keep the lid tightly closed and store the tub in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children.
