Ancient Nutra Turmeric & Black Pepper is a herbal supplement from the Ancient Nutra range: 60 capsules in a white tub labelled Organic Turmeric & Black Pepper. Each capsule pairs ground turmeric root (Curcuma longa) with ground black pepper (Piper nigrum), the two spices behind most Sri Lankan curries.

How to use
The maker's directions: one capsule with a meal, up to two capsules a day, taken as an eight to twelve week course followed by a short break. Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing or on any prescription.
